Born and raised on the Kiani Preserve Ranch in Santa Ynez, California, our cattle are a unique American Wagyu and Black Angus cross, 100% sired by Kiani Preserve bulls. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, rotationally grazed by horseback across thousands of acres of open pasture. Every animal is humanely and ethically cared for in a low-stress environment, with access to clean water from both spring and artesian sources. Free of hormones and unnecessary antibiotics.
